The US Postal System

Hello and welgee to my review of our US postal service everyone loves them :D.
My experience with shipping items to my buyers via the US Postal system is one of mixed feeling's.
Most of the time they do a great job but they should for the prices we are paying them because some of the time they make more $$ on the shipping cost then we make on our item's after okay,and Paypal take their fair share.
The reason i said i have mixed feeling is because from time to timeour wonderful US Postal System looses a Priority mail item even though i had delivery conformation on the Priority mail folder.
My coustomer wantedher expensive item and i could'nt blame the customer after waiting a month and receiveing nothing
I went to my local Post office and demanded my money back because i spent about six dollars for them to deliver an item for me and they lost it, therefor the post office did'nt do their job and were paid in advance.
Well i found out our US Postal System wont ever give a refund unless the item had insurance on it. Lucky for me i had an understanding buyer that worked with me on an outher exact item and not one of those buyer's from HELL or i would have been in a world of hurt.
Lesson learned buy insurance.
