Black/White Test Card IS FAKE !!!!-Article in SCD and in Beckett says its fake. I agree, ever see a B/W Griffey,Johnson ect. ? Appears to be made on photo paper. Photo of fake sheet on our website. BGS PSA SGC GAI will not grade it as its fake. No print dots shown when enlarged either.

1989 Fleer Bill Ripken versions
gemon myths-
It says Rick Face- No. Beckett coined this term in 1989 so when they refer to this card they can do so without using profanity. Keeps the card more PC
There are 6 versions-Beckett only lists 6 andONE reason for this they say is that they are easily forged.
Whiteouts are all fake-Wellalot are-My opinion-Little is known on this version. Heard few rumors as to how it was made but nothing solid. BGS and PSA graded copies even differ from each other. Different size blob etc. Wish I knewmore on this one. If you have any information or corrections to this please contact me.
The FF is rare-Fleer printed the FF versionfor 2 weeks minimumand then stopped. Beckett estimated 80,000-100,000 were made. Then said that figure was conservative Rare?? Eh No. They actually started printing the 1989 Fleer in 1988 and printed at 2 locations.
Black Box is rare-I hate seeing this in listings. It was Double Printed and also printed on full 132 card sheets. Rare? No
Factory sets can contain any version-According to SCD and BGS, the only version included in factory sets is the Black Box as they made sets at the end of print run when the BBox was made.
This card is my passion. I havearticles backing up most of this info. I have 25 articles and know of 5 more.
Enjoy, Contact me for more info
